In the Lady Royals win Tuesday, batters six through nine played a big part by getting key hits or reaching base via errors. In their opening game of the International City Fall Brawl versus GMC, the lower part of the order once again contributed.

Mychavia Harris steps on second for the force play.

Kelsey Darsey's two-out single put BC on top in the second. An unearned run in the fourth pushed the lead to 2-0. Katie Simmons' bloop single capped the scoring as BCHS won 3-0.

Marlee Bryan fields her position.

Marlee Bryan went seven innings, giving up just two hits. She walked two and struck out seven. SunnyKate Darsey was 1 for 2 offensively. Bleckley continues tourney play at Veterans High School Friday with two games.

Katie Simmons got an RBI hit for Bleckley Wednesday.

Game one is at 4 pm versus Thomas County Central with the second contest against the host Lady Warhawks set for 7 pm.
