Miss Diamond Girl, Mr. Baseball Crowned at pagent.

The winners L-R: Tiny Miss Savannah Mary Fulton, Junior Miss Dallas Jade Francis, Mr. baseball Tyler Sellars, Miss Diamond Girl Jessi Young, Teen Miss Victoria Layne Floyd, Little Miss Logan Marie White.


Though the Miss Bleckley County Diamond Girl pagent was held inside the BCHS Auditorium, Saturday could've been described as pagent weather. It was sunny, not too cold, not hot.

Players served as escorts to pagent contestants. Dusty Jones escorted Kayla Meree Cassidy.


Outside was beautiful. Beautiful could also be used to describe the 28 young ladies who participated in the fundraising pagent put on by the Royal Dugout Club. Dennis Howell served as emcee for the evening. Contestants ranged from age three to seniors in high school.

The Tiny Miss Division: L-R Kayla Meree Cassidy, Klara Sandoval, First Runner-Up Saran Maree Autumn Price, Tiny Miss Queen Savannah Mary Fulton.


As it was a fundraising event for the baseball team, players served as escorts to the contestants. They, as well as the coaches were recognized during the pagent.

Little Miss Division L-R: Second Runner-Up Lola Shine, Queen Logan Marie White, Abigal Lynn Price, Makayla Avery, First Runner-Up Stephanie Sapp, Third Runner-Up Elisa Vickers.

Junior Miss Division L-R: Alliyah Avery, Kinglsey Brundige, Queen Dallas Jade Francis, First Runner-Up McKensey Williamson


Little Miss: Queen: Logan Marie White. First Runner-Up: Stephanie Sapp. Second Runner-Up: Lola Shine. Third Runner-Up Elisa Vickers.

Teen Miss Division L-R: Leansley Vivian Mullis, Katey Sellars, Hailey Renee Puckett, Queen Victoria Layne Floyd, First Run-Up Jennifer Harvey.


Junior Miss: Queen: Dallas Jade Francis. First Runner-Up: McKensey Williamson.

The BCHS baseball team and coaches were recognized during the pagent.


Teen Miss: Queen: Victoria Layne Floyd. First Runner-Up Jennifer Harvey.

Last year's queens took their final walk at the pagent. Chara Nobles, 2009 Miss Diamond Girl, takes her final walk as queen.


Miss: Queen: Jessi Lynn Young. First Runner-Up Quincy Morgan Nobles. Second Runner-Up Ellie Yearty. Third Runner-Up Tori Jones.

In a vote tallied by money raised, the first "Mr. Baseball" was crowned. Senior Tyler Sellars won the "honor."


The other "crowning" that took place was for the first Mr. Baseball. Players were selcted from a fundraising table set up in the lobby. Tyler Sellars took home the crown.
